I went to see Calvin Harris at Vertigo the other night (thank you Bobo!), and the set was su per fu cking e pic ! Loads of good vibes, good company good music aaaaaaaaaa. What a way to spend a Wednesday lol for sure i was sore all over the next day, because on Monday i had a little run at the gym (3km!), and on Tuesday a bunch of us had drinks over at The Bee in Jaya One for open mic night with Reza Salleh, Jeremy and Imran were singing till the weeeeee hours haha. Three days out in a row on a school night, and not even learning my lesson, we had yet another yesterday at Social Bangsar lol!

I'm getting too old for this. But it's fun, nonetheless.

Li - On City

Weekends are the best part of my week! Now that i work Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, there's no better feeling than clocking out at 5pm every Friday and taking the PLUS highway back home. O bliss! But why are weekends only 2 days long tho!? After being spoilt by having TWO 4-day weekends in a row, not having any more public holidays until May will be cray.

No worries. Come 1st March, annual leave will come and a bunch of us are travelling down south to good old Singapura! Here's to Marina Bay Sands, Wicked the Musical, Foo Fighters, Zouk SG, Universal Studios and Night Safari! It's gonna be a damn packed 4 days man! Haha..

Did you know that replacing your lost sim card is FOC? Who knew! I vaguely remember it being like RM10 or something before. Thank goodness for competition between the telco companies, huh? Oh well. I've been downgraded to using my faithful 3Gs again for now, but at least i can whatsapp and use FB/Twitter so it's all good in the hood. Thinking whether i should just get the 4S now, or wait for the iPhone 5 which may/may not come out in summer 2012 (rumoured to, at least).

FURTHER MARKDOWN

Went into Zara earlier. Almost went cross eyed looking at the racks, going ooooooohhh every 2 pieces of clothing. SIGH! Why must saving be so difficult! There's an upcoming trip to Singapore this early March, should be good. A big group of us are going so that's always a good laugh. Mainly for the FF concert, but alang-alang we're also doing the touristy Singapore things as well. Can't wait!

I digress.

Which brings me back to FURTHER MARKDOWN, though i must say that down could have been brought further ya Zara! Sigh. Very proud of myself for putting back the beautiful cobalt blue pleated accordion skirt (albeit already taking 3 steps towards the fitting room!) and walking out of the store.

The idea in mind was to get a quick bite (Bihun curry laksa at Madam Kwan hardly counts as a "bite") then to get a birthday present for a friend. Ended up in Royal Sporting House since he's quite sporty, and looking at all the workout attire and a shopping buddy who is into running made me miss working out! The cute outfits helped, too. Made a promise to myself - if i make it at least TWICE to the gym this week, imma get myself those cute nike shorts :D

Ended up getting him a Man U jersey, of sorts. Hope he likes it! Man i love buying things for friends. If only i were richer.. Anyways the dinner is tomorrow and we're going to PJ Hilton. Hi google maps you're my new BFF <3
